Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning. This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
 
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Thompson Child & Family Focus, a nonprofit organization headquartered at [6800 St Peter’s Ln, Charlotte, NC 28208] (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins on [5/17/2025] and ends on [6/22/2025] (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by [11:59] on [6/22/2025].
 
To enter, participants must [complete an official entry form available at https://jointeamthompson.org/charlottefc-thompson-sweepstakes]. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries or false information will result in disqualification. No automatic or third-party entries allowed.
 
Prize: [Signed jersey, game tickets, fan gear]. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $[250]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
 
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about [6/23/2025], and will be notified via [email or phone] within five (5) business days. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law.
 
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Thompson Child & Family Focus, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
